科研情况


围绕MAPK信号转导与植物多重抗逆,研究从单细胞真核生物到多细胞高等植物中,经过进化过程保留下来的,应对多重逆境的响应、信号转导和耐受机理。发掘和收集极端生境植物资源(主要集中禾本科植物),利用建立的抗多重逆境基因的单细胞筛选平台,筛选抗逆植物资源中在进化过程中保守的多重抗逆基因(重点筛选耐热及重金属胁迫有关的基因),并研究抗逆基因在植物耐受极端生境中(耐热)的作用机理,建立草种遗传转化研究体系,最终培育出抗逆性强、耐高温及高富集重金属的草坪草等以期对环境修复中加以应用。代表性研究成果发表在的DNA research, Mol Genet Genomics, Plant Physiology, Molecular   Biology of the Cell, Molecular and Cellular Biology, BMC Genomics,Nature等国际核心期刊上。
