主讲《生命的演化与保护》等课程。
研究方向
主要从事野生动物适应性演化与保护、微生物与宿主协同演化等方面的研究。主要包括以下2个方向:
(1) 濒危动物保护生物学:利用宏、微观前沿技术与方法,致力于濒危动物保护演化生物学和宏基因组学;揭示其濒危过程、驱动因素与机制,为物种保护和生物多样性维持提供保护性建议;
(2) 野生动物关键性状的演化发育机制:聚焦野生动物关键适应性性状的起源及演化发育机制,基于多学科交叉融合(基因组学、生态学、细胞生物学、发育生物学等) 理论方法体系,结合生态因素,探究调控表型可塑性的生态演化发育机制。
